Breath-work & Embodied Counselling.

Service Description

Allow 75 mins for this session. Using Heart Touch & guided Breath-work, we unravel the stress and 'armour' in your body and hear, blocking you from touching your infinite possibility. A deep release using the breath and hands-on touch to release the nervous system and major energy centres. We then assimilate the energy through a supported lying down process of embodied counselling. It is a guided journey into your body, to attend to the voice of your soul and help guide you to insight and healing. I intuit support needed with healing tools of sound bowls, essential oils or essences if needed as we move through the process. Please inform me if you have a history of: - trauma -high /low blood pressure -asthma.
